I know you probably receive many questions and this one might me a silly one, but would you mind answering it anyway? I would really appreciate it! In all of the forms it asks for my family name, do I have to write my maiden name or my married name? Hi Donna. My name is Sylvia and I found your blog after doing my research on how to properly file for an AOS. I am re-sending my application after getting a rejection notice (which was unfortunately caused by us missing the biometrics fee. 😦 ) I read your post on how you packaged and sent your AOS and other application and it was really helpful.
